TIPS + TRICKS
- ALL of your Title Capture Estimates are saved on your account after you hit "calculate" on the individual template tool. To access them, simply click the "All Estimates" tab in the top menu.

-You can easily navigate your quote/template between a Loan Estimate Quote, Title Quote, and Closing Disclosure Quote after you've hit "Calculate" once you've put in your numbers. The option will appear next to the "Viewing As" selection on the top left of the screen.

-To easily send a Quote for CLIENT VIEWING WITHOUT EDITING. Simply hit the "Email" button above the property address. Title Capture will then generate a straightforward, easy to understand document right into your Client's email.

-To easily send a Quote for CLIENT VIEWING WITH THE ABILITY FOR THEM TO EDIT/CREATE THEIR OWN QUOTE. Simply type their email into the "Email Address" section on the right side of the screen, under "Share This Platform".
